In order to promote excellence in the study of mathematics and the sciences in Israel’s secondary schools, the foundation developed a philanthropic roadmap, which is continuously updated in light of accumulated experience. The roadmap is being written by the foundation team, together with teachers, experts and partners, and with ongoing advice from the foundation’s international Advisory Council.
The roadmap was divided into two stages: in high school (2011-2018), focusing on the five units tracks, and in middle school (2019-2027), concentrating on modeling and reasoning skills, aligned with the 5-6 levels of the PISA framework.
