The Naggar School of Photography, Musrara

The Naggar School of Photography is a multi-disciplinary art school. Over the course of a three year program students are given professional and artistic training in photography, new media, visual media, new music and phototherapy—while maintaining a connection to interdisciplinary and social activity. The school was founded in 1986 in Jerusalem’s Musrara neighborhood and today is one of the leading art schools in Israel. The school is constantly searching for new approaches and ideas in art education. The school offers an educational alternative, allowing each student to develop and specialize, practically and theoretically, based on his personal tendencies and his personal and professional abilities.
