Hebrew University of Jerusalem
The Hebrew University of Jerusalem was founded in 1925, Israel’s first university and second academic institution (after the Technion). The university has produced renowned researchers in all disciplines including scientists, famous professors and Nobel-prize winners. The university has five campuses: Mount Scopus Campus, Givat Ram Campus, Rechovot Campus, The Volcani Center in Rishon Lezion and Haddassa hospital in Ein Karem. In 2015, Hebrew University was ranked by the Center for World University Rankings (CWUR) 23rd-best in the world.
